How does our design service work?

Here at Bravo London, we have a team of designers, or ‘design experts’ as we like to call them. The word ‘expert’ is often overused, but our experts truly are experts at what they do – designing tailor-made wardrobes to suit your individual needs. So, what’s the process? If you call us on 0208 965 5680, we will arrange a convenient time for one of the team to visit you at home. A design expert will visit for an informal chat (and possibly a cup of tea). They’ll see the space, listen to what you’re wanting, and will take detailed measurements. Fitted wardrobes, walk-in wardrobes, sliding door wardrobes for both your bedroom and your children’s bedrooms, or storage solutions for your living areas – we take the time to understand what’s important to you, and we make sure that your ideas are reflected in the designs. After the visit, the designer will return to the office, and within a few days, they will come back to you with a technical drawing of how the wardrobe will look in the space, together with a detailed quotation. Of course, there is no obligation for you to buy from us, and the ball is then firmly in your court to give us the go-ahead or suggest some adjustments. It’s reassuring for our customers to know that the design expert they meet at the initial visit will be their contact throughout the whole process. We know that the person who visited your home will have the best vision of what’s possible in the space. On the day we install your wardrobe, our designer will hand over to our team of in-house carpenters, or ‘carpentry experts’ as we like to call them – because they’re experts at what they do, too!
