Do you offer site visits before quoting?
Always. A proper quote requires seeing the space. We visit your property, walk through your priorities and constraints, take measurements and only then issue a detailed proposal.
How long does a refurbishment take?
It depends on scope. A single kitchen or bathroom typically takes 3–6 weeks. A full flat refurbishment is usually 2–4 months. Larger homes and commercial fit-outs are programmed individually around your timeline.

Can you work around our business opening hours?
Yes. For commercial refurbishments we routinely phase works, schedule disruptive trades outside trading hours and complete fit-outs around live operations to minimise impact on staff and customers.
Do you help with design and material selection?
